Stay active on your schedule in our 24-hour Fitness Center. Residents enjoy around-the-clock access to a variety of cardio and strength-training equipment just steps from home.
The Waterwheel Clubhouse serves as a central hub for our community, featuring the Gathering Room, 24-hour Fitness Center, and on-site HOA staff, professionally managed by CCMC.
The Waterwheel pool is open seasonally from Spring Break to November 1st, offering residents a refreshing place to relax and enjoy the warmer months.
The Gathering Room is the perfect space to connect and celebrate. Available for resident rentals and home to many of Waterwheel’s lifestyle events and programs.
